CALEXICO — A U.S. Border Patrol vehicle hit a woman who was walking in a crosswalk in downtown Calexico on Saturday afternoon, Calexico Fire Department officials said.

The woman, whose name was not known, was later transported to El Centro Regional Medical Center.

Firefighters go to Big Sur

" Sounds like dace35 must have not passed the Border Patrol entrance exam. Could someone out there give him a hand. He's tired of living at his moms. Always has something stupid to say about those guys. "

" Why it happen & how it happen will be investigated I can assure you by the DHS/ CBP. As for the comment made dace35 I wonder if he is a present visitor at the county jail. I can assure you that it was an accident that happen & if it was not an accident proper action will be taken. So lets not start hurting families feelings on their lost ones by making comments that are not called for. Localmontion13 as for you join CBP so you can know and understand CBP/BP procedures on driving. "

" I don't think that was a fair statement to say DACE35. A man died tragically in that incident involving the hummer. I'm sure the BP Agent did not intentionally run into anyone. I CANNOT say that for the driver of the hummer. "
