I always had the interest of utilizing my bilingual skills and bicultural background to assist the members of the community by minimizing the barriers such as those in language and education.

We provide certified translations, notary public, bookkeeping, income tax and legal document preparation services.

What are memories from your career that stick out with you the most?

The fact that individuals and/or businesses that I had previously assisted have had good experiences and expressed their satisfaction.

What do you most like and least like about your work?

What I like the most is the public relations; the least is the Imperial Valley summer weather when I go out to provide a mobile service.

What makes your business unique?

We strive to maintain client satisfaction of at least 90 percent. To ensure professional marketing and presentation of services, and provide an active and functional Web site. We also assist the nonprofit organizations in the community with free or low-cost services. We also have the flexibility of the mobile service

What advice do you have for someone who wants to open a business?

To maintain persistence, endurance, focus and avoid individuals who deviate you from your set goal. Get advice from local business assistance agencies like the Imperial Valley Small Business Development Center and the Neighborhood House Micro Business Center

How do you give back to the local community?

Because of my previous experience as an outreach worker, I also provide information and referral service to the various local government and service agencies.
