LOS ANGELES (KTLA) -- With the tax deadline quickly approaching, California tax authorities are watching two big celebrities very closely.
Pamela Anderson and Lionel Richie were both on a list of California's biggest tax delinquents released on April 13.
California tax law requires authorities to publish a list of the top 500 offenders -- and the amounts they owe -- twice a year.
Anderson owes $524,241 in personal income taxes, according to the list.
Meantime, E! Online reports that Lionel Richie owes $1.1 million in unpaid taxes.
A lien has been issued warning that the singer's assets might be seized if he doesn't pay up in a timely manner.
Spokespeople for Anderson and Richie have not commented.
Other famous names on the list of tax delinquents include "The Notebook" director and actor Nick Cassavetes, "Girls Gone Wild Founder" Joe Francis and boxer James Toney.
Cassavetes owes $273,000, Francis owes $794,000 and Toney owes $354,000, according to the list.
