CALEXICO — Repairs to the Calexico water treatment plant have not yet been done two years after the Easter Sunday, 7.2-magnitude earthquake.
While funds have been allocated at the state level, it’s up to the city to get the ball rolling faster.
The support that holds the plant’s water tank roofs together was damaged in the earthquake.
