County of Imperial to continue legal challenge to water transfer

Imperial County will appeal to the state Supreme Court to review a state court of appeal’s decision validating the quantification settlement agreement and seek to be “the party that decides whether the water transfers produce an unreasonable economic or environmental impact,” according to a press statement.
