The new El Centro Regional Medical Center Outpatient Center located at Fourth and Main streets in El Centro has received all necessary state approvals and will begin seeing patients Monday.

The outpatient center at Aurora Drive will close and services will resume at the new location, according to a press release from the hospital.

The much anticipated clinic received final necessary licensing last week and will be open to patients on Monday. The clinic has been open to diabetes patients participating in the Diabetes Education and Self-Management programs offered by ECRMC.

“We are excited to start seeing patients,” said David Green, ECRMC chief executive officer. “The clinic has been needed for some time now and we are looking forward to expanding services in the Imperial Valley.”
