CHP: Distraught woman rescued from Interstate 8

A distraught 27-year-old El Centro woman was taken to a Imperial County Mental Health facility after the California Highway Patrol received a call about 4 p.m. alerting them to a woman on foot along Interstate 8 near Ocotillo, a CHP representative said.
