A man was arrested today in connection with a shooting incident that was reported in the 1700 block of Brighton Avenue last month, police said.
Ulisses Cisneros, 23, was spotted by Imperial County Narcotics Task Force agents at his home on Woodward Avenue, said El Centro Police Cmdr. Jeff Mason in a statement.
Cisneros was arrested on a warrant that charged him with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon for the Jan. 31 shooting that unfolded at a location on Brighton Avenue.
