Immigration problems have been one of the major topics around the United States for a long time, and it is one of the topics concerning the Imperial Valley Press at the moment. We do not really know what these problems will be in the future. Personally I do not believe it will be easy to find a solution for this at the moment.
While I am writing many are dying at the borders, trying to cross into the United States in seeking a better life or just to be with their families again.
It is so hard to think of a place where you are not near your family and not even having enough money to buy food, but that is one of the realities of Mexico.
Some people believe that when immigrants come to the United States, they will be stealing Americans’ jobs and that the immigrants will be doing only negative things.
That is not true. Most of the immigrants come to find a job at least in the fields, something that Americans never had in their mind to do. Without immigrants who will do that “dirty job”?
Maybe it is true that it is an illegal way to try to cross the border without documents, but most immigrants were told by the people around them that after working hard for a time and accepting the laws in the United States they finally would be legal.
People should take more into consideration the number of people who die every year, just to accomplish their American dream.
