What I enjoy most about my sport (baseball) is that it takes a team effort to be successful. I also enjoy the friendships that I have built with my teammates.

What is one of your more memorable moments in your sport?

My most memorable moment occurred last season when I struck out one of the best cleanup hitters in the Valley to end the inning.

I am inspired by Rudy Seanez and Sergio Romo because they have proven that it’s possible to come from a small town and make it in the major leagues.

What is your goal in your sport this season?

My first goal was to win IVL. Now it is to make it to CIF championship game.
