    Bibles are very personal for many people. Some, like my sister Louise, and my friend Ruth, favor the King James Version. Others like me, prefer the New King James. The late Mike Johnson, founder of Turning Point Ministries in Holtville, liked the New International Version. My friend Jean, likes using three versions: New Standard Revised, NIV and NKJ.
