Inferno's head chef aims to expand Valley's palate

BRAWLEY — With a menu that features a bison burger, served with an artichoke aoili puree, onion jam and arugula, as well as dessert that includes deep-fried ice cream topped with brown sugar crumble and persimmon sauce, the newly opened Inferno restaurant is in a class by itself.

"It's a place you can actually come to and talk about the food," said head chef Aaron Lopez.
