I’m sitting in my recliner, watching a show on the flat screen TV in front of me, drink in hand and scrumptious snack in the other. I may drift off and take a snooze or I may check out the latest on my iPhone. I’ll make a call and chat with a friend. I may head out and shop a little. I may grab a bite to eat. Oh, the freedom of a childless morning while they slave away at school, running around in what could be triple-digit temperatures. Oh look, it’s time to grab the keys and casually drive to their school to fetch them.
What a lovely, relaxing morning. Oh wait, that’s not what happened.
