EL CENTRO – The county Area Agency on Aging is in the process of obtaining grant funding to help enroll individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s into the Safe Return Home program.
The program provides individuals who have a tendency to wander with a bracelet or necklace, as well as a wallet card, that contains the individual’s personal and medical information, and the phone number of who to call in case of emergency.
