Attorney for ICOE trustee motions for withdrawal from case

Imperial COunty Office of Education Trustee Annette Gonzalez-Buttner

EL CENTRO — A county Superior Court judge will today consider a defense attorney’s motion to be withdrawn from representing Imperial County Office of Education Trustee Annette Gonzalez-Buttner in her ongoing criminal case.

The motion and accompanying declaration, filed Sept. 3 by San Diego-based attorney Donald Levine, states that a “disabling conflict” has arisen.
