Imperial’s proposed impact fees worry developers

IMPERIAL — Developers on Monday expressed desires to continue to work within the city of Imperial, yet cautioned that proposed impact fee hikes could potentially drive future development away.

The residential and commercial developers’ remarks came during a workshop at City Hall the city held to discuss its recent development impact fee study and proposed fee hikes.
