BRAWLEY — Traditions here as strong as nature’s lure of swallows to Capistrano so the annual Cattle Call Rodeo Parade prepares to culminate the end of weeklong festivities bringing Valley natives near and far back home.

Far-flung residents with families of their own across California or the U.S. want to share that “Western feel,” noted Liz Gonzales, president of the Brawley Chamber of Commerce.
