TULARE — Many attendees at last week’s 2020 World Ag Expo arrived knowing little if anything about Imperial County — even where it’s at. But before it was over, county officials on hand made every effort to change that.

“Our goal was to bring awareness to our county and to (let them) know Imperial County is open for business in the hemp industry,” said county Public Information Officer Linsey Dale.
