EL CENTRO — The Imperial County Board of Supervisors last week asked the Department of Social Services to come back in two weeks with the rankings scores for all 13 applicants, including those which were initially disqualified, that applied for $4.8 million in grant funds through the Homeless Emergency Aid Program, also known as HEAP.
