BRAWLEY — A Bakersfield man accused of killing a pedestrian while driving drunk in May 2018 was held over for trial on a second-degree murder charge following a preliminary examination hearing on Thursday.

Jerrod Hinton King will also face three additional felony charges stemming from the May 29, 2018, incident in Calipatria that left a 67-year-old Indio man dead.
