Culinary arts goes from the kitchen to the classroom

The walls are torn down; the stove is on the lawn; there’s no plumbing or electricity, and yet the chefs still have a hot meal on the table.

At Southwest High School, the culinary arts program is having its kitchen remodeled. The kitchen will be getting new equipment and a more professional floor plan to improve the learning experience for the students.
