EL CENTRO — The California Public Employment Relations Board announced Sunday that it denied the County of Imperial's request for injunctive relief against a strike planned Tuesday by Imperial County Deputy District Attorneys Association members.

In a letter dated March 10, PERB General Counsel J. Felix De La Torre said: “By direction of the Board, the request for injunctive relief in the above-entitled matter is denied without prejudice, sufficient grounds therefore not having been demonstrated.”
