DESERT SHORES — A developer wants the county to back his plan to install berms and add water to a dry marina bay near the Salton Sea.

Nathan White, the chief executive officer and chief environmental officer of Agess Inc, met with Board of Supervisors Ryan Kelley and Imperial County Pollution officer Matt Dessert Friday in hopes of getting a letter of support for a project he says is already in the 10-year county plan and could increase property values in the area.
