LOS ANGELES – A coalition of agricultural and business employers filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 31 challenging the COVID-19 related emergency temporary standards (ETS) recently approved by the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board.

Plaintiffs in the suit are California Farm Bureau Federation, California Association of Winegrape Growers, Grower-Shipper Association of Central California, Western Growers, California Business Roundtable and the Ventura County Agricultural Association.
