IMPERIAL — The 32 Imperial Irrigation District employees who agreed to be sequestered for three weeks to ensure the county’s electric and water services remained operational during the pandemic returned home this weekend.

A second group of employees, this time 28, assumed their place as of 6 a.m. Saturday.
