BRAWLEY — A new format featured in this year’s Brawley Union High School commencement ceremony made the event even more memorable, as parents and guardians were placed closer than ever to their graduate.

At the start of Thursday’s ceremony held at Warne Field, each of the 379 BUHS Class of 2019 graduates were walked by a parent (or guest of their choice) to their seats.
