I am so relieved that the ICOE board rejected a rehashed Imagine School Charter proposal 3 to 2. This Virginia based for-profit educational corporation is just interested in taking property tax money away from public schools and putting it into the pockets of Imagine School backer, corporate owners, and investors. They failed to produce promised results and bamboozled parents with unmet promises. Shameful they have the support of one of our elected Board of Supervisors who is clearly anti-union.
