HEBER — Thirteen parcels of the mostly closed Imperial Center in Heber will be auctioned off Tuesday in the San Bernardino County Superior Courthouse to pay debts Pacificland International Development Inc. owes, which includes $2 million to Imperial County for defaulting on a 2017 loan.

According to the public notice of sale, the parcels will be sold by way of court confirmation, with the opening bid starting at $16.25 million.
