Imperial PD honors retiree, new leadership during ceremony

IMPERIAL — The Imperial Police Department on Wednesday night held a ceremony at the council chambers to say farewell to a captain and celebrate the promotion of four of its officers.

Capt. Mario Luna served the department for 15 years.
