IV Ministries officials indicted, arrested by feds

EL CENTRO — Twelve Imperial Valley Ministries officials were arrested Tuesday in connection to a seven-count federal indictment that alleged they conspired to induce group home participants into forced labor.

The arrests were made in El Centro, San Diego and Brownsville, Texas, and included former El Centro-based Pastor Victor Gonzalez, who was residing in Brownsville at the time of his arrest.
