BRAWLEY — A county Superior Court judge on Tuesday remanded El Centro City Councilman Jason Jackson to the custody of the county Sheriff’s Office to serve a 10-day jail sentence.

The order by Judge Christopher Plourd came after having heard oral arguments from counsel in connection to a defense motion that sought to have the 10-day sentence vacated.
