CALEXICO — Sandra Tauler is happy to disabuse anyone of the notion there is nothing to do in Imperial Valley during the summer.

“If they can’t find anything to do, it’s because they haven’t been paying attention,” said Tauler, whose job as community services director includes shepherding Calexico’s Community Center and the Camarena Memorial Library.
