EL CENTRO — When the Board of Supervisors meets Tuesday to approve the 2019-20 fiscal budget, it will be done with some uncertainty over wages. 

On Jan. 1 the minimum wage in California will increase from $12 to $13 an hour, and the county is still determining how that will impact the bottom line.
