ROMAN FLORES PHOTOQUESTION: Now really, what is going on with the construction on Imperial Avenue? Is this bigger than the City of El Centro can handle? It's been going on for more than two months! I've been asking for just as long with no response from the City. What gives?
ANSWER: Abraham Campos, Public Works Director and City Engineer from the City of El Centro said in regards to Imperial Avenue that they have multiple projects.
