I am writing to Probe for assistance regarding a very valuable program for the agriculture industry here in the Imperial Valley. It is a fledgling program that is currently in its first semester.

From personal contact with the instructor for and students I can vouch for the positive aspects of this program. But here's the rub. There are serious rumblings that due to the college’s HR department policies/attitudes about support for this program, it will be converted to a “part time” basis starting in the fall, meaning that the courses for this certificate program will not be offered again until next spring.
