I found out that the Imperial Unified School District is shutting down Holbrook Continuation High School. They said they didn't want to spend the money on a school with only 19 students.

They are moving the students to the IHS but aren't providing credit recovery courses for them. Once they turn 18, they will have to go to adult education. I was wondering if anyone knew anything else about this or is it legal for them to shut it down.
