I am a disabled citizen living on Cesar Chavez Boulevard. The city is spending millions on the renovation project of the boulevard — including building a cul-de-sac on Pierce Avenue.

Per the initial plans, a sidewalk was going to put around the entire cul-de-sac.  The cul-de-sac is now almost finished, but only half (the west side) of the cul-de-sac has a sidewalk.  The city changed plans without notifying the citizens.
