50 Years Ago — IMPERIAL — The coming use of instructional television in some 51 Imperial Valley classrooms this fall was explained here to the Imperial County School Board Association this week.

Richard E. Huddleston, assistant county superintendent of schools and formerly audio-visual consultant for the county schools, told members how TV is to be used to teach Spanish in county schools come October.
