IMPERIAL — Questions are being asked of the Imperial Irrigration District following Monday’s drowning death of a 41-year-old Calipatria man after his car was pushed into a canal near Holtville.

In a Probe question, one Imperial Press Reader asked why IID still cannot get it together and make its dive team operational following the Monday death of Arturo Gonzalez, whose car became completely submerged in the Rositas Canal.

This reporter needs to get his facts straight. Waste of time to read articles that are so biased and provide only false facts. IV Press at its finest....

This sounds like probe question sent in from either Robert Amparano, JR Hatfield, or Bruce Kuhn trying to get their precious dive team back. They're the ONLY ones who think this dive team is worth anything. The rest of the world knows its just a reason for wannabes to act like they're first responders when they're not. Actually, they are a joke to all first responders. We wish they would get that through their heads already. Lets be real, they couldn't even keep their own team members alive because they weren't paying attention to him.
