Two accused of shipping drugs by mail

EL CENTRO — Two men were arrested Wednesday for allegedly shipping multiple packages containing drugs from the El Centro Post Office on West Main Street to Louisiana between February and July.

Court documents released Friday revealed Henry Cota, Jr., 34, and Gilbert L. Martinez, 29, city of residence undisclosed, were believed to have shipped methamphetamine and fentanyl and acetaminophen pills throughout the six-month period.
