It’s Valentine’s Day… well, soon to be Valentine’s Day. The day for flowers, chocolates, a hearty meal and spending time with your sweetie. It’s time to throw those New Year’s resolutions out the window for one day while enjoying decadent delights, right? Or does it have to be?

It’s one thing to tell someone you love them with a flashy gift, but how about giving the gift of getting healthier together? Show them you want them around longer, and you want them to live longer.
