El Centro Border Patrol agents seized 79 bundles of marijuana with an estimated street value of more than $1,504,000.

OCOTILLO — U.S. Border Patrol agents seized $1.5 million dollars worth of marijuana after stopping two vehicles traveling north from the international boundary west of Calexico on Sunday.

Around 12:35 a.m., camera operators notified Border Patrol agents of the two vehicles, and agents responded to the area about 21 miles west of Calexico, according to a press release.
