A Reader Writes: Judge’s new ruling brings sense to water issues

On Feb. 4, local judge Brooks Anderholt wrote an opinion that is a breath of fresh air for those of us concerned about who controls water in Imperial County.

With one deft stroke, Anderholt put to rest many farmers’ claim that agricultural landowners are the sole beneficiaries of the Imperial Irrigation District’s rights to Colorado River water.

Abatti is a megalomaniacal troglodyte, and he can kiss my butt. If he could hoard anything from going to those who need it unless they paid him, he would. He’s uneducated, and people here spoil him and his family of rotten bullies way too much.
