Where are the vaccine naysayers? Look no further than this page last Saturday. Michael Reagan’s, “Why My Son is Unvaccinated.”
The column, by President Ronald Reagan’s adopted son, is trivial but harmful in its complaints against public health attempts to prevent the virus by encouraging mask wearing and vaccinations. It’s reminiscent of the comments such as, “My 95-year-old friend smokes a pack a day and not a trace of lung cancer.” As if all smokers avoid lung cancer. His son evidently knows of lots of unvaccinated people who have resisted Covid infections. Lots of hearsay, but don’t expect either of the Reagans to drive you to the ER when symptoms begin.
