Why does the driving public have to bear the burden of a refinery problem? Their screw-ups are not our concern. The bigshot CEOs, etc., should shoulder any refinery problems.

Oh sorry, that might cut into their multi-digit incomes. So they are nickel and diming us to death at the pump.
