SPRING VALLEY – Sometimes an underdog team from Division III outplays the favored Division I team and still comes up short on the scoreboard.

Such was the case for the Brawley Union High School Wildcat football team as they fell 14-13 to the defending 3A State Champion Steele Canyon High Cougars here Friday night.
