CUHS’ Rosas signs to wrestle at Millikin University

EL CENTRO — In most cases, being successful in high school wrestling means that you either grew up wrestling in a feeder program or came from a family that was already active in the sport.

This, however, was not the case for Central Union High’s Omar Rosas.
